Gearing up for our June Recital…

The date for our end of year Rehearsal and Recital will be Saturday, June 17th

Both will be held at the beautiful News Journal Center  (Located at 221 N.Beach St, Daytona Beach, 32114)

REHEARSAL: Saturday, JUNE 17, 2017– Beginning at 9:00am (individual times TBA)

The Saturday morning rehearsal is MANDATORY. You will receive a specific schedule (including dismissal times) for your dancer’s rehearsal in May. Our rehearsal is CLOSED to anyone other than our dancers and parent volunteers.

****DANCERS MUST ATTEND REHEARSAL IN ORDER TO PERFORM IN THE RECITAL!!

RECITAL: Saturday, JUNE 17, 2017 4:00pm-6:00pm

Seating for our 21st Annual Revue will be reserved. The cost of tickets will be $15.00-18.00/Adults and $10.00/children 3-12years. Children under three- NOT requiring a seat- are free.

TICKET PURCHASE: Tickets will be available for purchase ONLINE beginning May 21st!!! This gives everyone the opportunity to select their own seats and print their own tickets. Please look for a notice sent home in the upcoming weeks regarding instructions on where & how to purchase them. We do ask that you purchase no more than 10 tickets per family the first week of sales, so that all of our families have a chance to get close seating. Tickets will be available online thru June 15th.

SHOW DVD: There will be NO videotaping or flash photography allowed~ a professional DVD of the show will be available for $35.00.

***NEW*** Group Photos!! New this year..We will be adding group photos of each class to our recital program. For a small individual sitting fee ($12), each dancer’s class will be featured in our souvenir Recital program that they will be able to have fellow dancers sign, just like their school yearbook. Each dancer will be required to attend their group photo time on Saturday, May 20th. You may sign up for an individual photo or photo with a friend or sibling that same day. Picture packages start at $25. Group photos will be available for purchase as well.

COSTUME DISTRIBUTION will be the week of May 8th!

Before you child’s costume can be taken home, all studio balances must be paid. Final balances should be paid in full the week of May 1st, so costumes can go home the following week. Please see the studio receptionist or your child’s instructor if you have questions about your remaining balance.

Miss Mandie will be reaching out regarding volunteering backstage for either our 4pm show or the Port Orange recital (same day at 7pm.) If you’d like to help out backstage- in the midst of all the excitement!- then please see Miss Mandie ASAP if she has not already contacted you. There is a special prize for those volunteering their time and talent during the shows. J
